Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor variation.

All prices are listed in USD by default and shown in your local currency at checkout where supported. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Drops & Limited Releases

TIC® drops are limited and numbered — once they're sold out, they're gone. We do not restock individual drop pieces. Future drops will introduce new pieces.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered placed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability). If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments — we never store your full card details.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access systems you're not authorised to access, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahsin Investments Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchase. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
