Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed after 4pm GMT on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Destinations & Times

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 7–12 business days
  • Middle East & Africa: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Customs clearance and local courier handover can occasionally add 1–3 business days to international transit.

Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100.

Below that, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination — you'll see the full cost before payment, no surprises.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after checkout
  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched
  • Delivery updates from the local courier in your destination country

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, email shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com with your order number and we'll dig in.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

Refusing a package due to customs charges does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering at shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order is processed. Once an order is in transit we can't change the destination.

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed at a pickup point), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping fees apply unless the issue was caused by us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours at shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your local courier first, then contact us within 7 days for support.
