How long does shipping take?
UK orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Worldwide delivery is 5–10 business days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we deliver to 50+ countries. Customs and duties are included on most routes; any exceptions are flagged at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100. Below that, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I return or exchange my order?
30-day hassle-free exchanges and returns on all unworn items in original condition. Email shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. Refunds hit your card 5–7 days after we receive the item.
What sizes do you offer?
Tees and heavyweights run XS through 3XL. We use a true-to-size fit — if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed silhouette. Detailed measurements are on each product page.
How do I take care of my TIC® gear?
- Machine wash cold inside-out with similar colours
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Iron inside-out only
- Do not bleach

When's the next drop?
Drops are limited and numbered — once they're gone, they're gone. Join the TIC® Drop Club (popup or footer signup) to be the first to know when Drop 02 lands. No spam, just signal.
Do you restock sold-out items?
No restocks. Each drop is a numbered limited release — that's the whole point. If a piece sells out, the next drop will bring something new.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is 256-bit SSL encrypted end-to-end.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend or cancel before it ships. Once it's in transit we can't intercept it, but you can return for a refund or exchange after delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Click the link to follow your package live, or reply to that email and we'll dig in for you.
