When will I get it?
Dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is 5–10 business days to 50+ countries — you’ll get a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. Any customs or import duties are set by your country and aren’t included in the order total.
Size & fit
Apparel runs true to size — if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed silhouette. Exact sizes are listed on each product page. Wallets, mugs and desk gear list dimensions under Details.
Care
Apparel: machine wash cold inside-out with similar colours, tumble dry low or hang dry, iron inside-out only, no bleach. Hard goods: wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Treat your TIC® right and it'll last seasons.
What if it’s not right?
30-day exchanges and returns on anything unworn and in original condition. Wrong size, changed your mind, or it just isn’t what you pictured — all fine.
Email shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com with your order number and we’ll send a return label. Refunds land back on your card 5–7 days after the item reaches us.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund it in full — your choice, no return needed.
