30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Items returned outside this window or in worn condition are not eligible for refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within one business day.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Banks typically take an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund — exact timing depends on your card issuer.
Exchanges
For size or colour exchanges, the fastest path is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for refund. This avoids the wait for stock allocation and gets your replacement on the way immediately.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label for every approved return. For international returns, a flat return-shipping fee may be deducted from your refund — unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error, in which case return shipping is on us.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final-sale items marked as such at checkout
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email shop@tahsininvestmentsco.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
