We want you to love your TIC gear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Personalized or custom items are non-refundable

All TIC FX courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the course content, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Exchanges
