Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify pricing, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor variation.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported; the final checkout currency and total are always shown before payment. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Drops & Limited Releases

Some TIC® releases are numbered limited editions (as stated on the product page) — once they're sold out, they're gone and we do not restock them. Everyday essentials and desk pieces are made to order in small batches. Future drops will introduce new pieces.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered placed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability). If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments — we never store your full card details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahsin Investments & Co Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchase. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
